Super healthy and a good way to sneak more pulses into kids diets! Serve as a dip or a spread Ingredients:
410 g butter beans, drained |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
125 g boursin spreadable cheese with garlic and herbs or 125 g philadelphia cream cheese with garlic and herbs |
Directions:
1. Blend the beans, oil and lemon juice to make a paste - season if desired. 2. Add the cheese and blend well. 3. Put in an airtight container. Will keep for upto 3 days. |
