This is a recipe I originally got off a Cool Whip container, and I made it every fourth of July with blueberries and strawberries to make an American flag, but I started making it with bananas and the results were great plus its super easy! Read more ! Ingredients:
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened |
1/3 cup sugar |
2 cups thawed cool whip |
1 graham pie crust |
about 2 bananas |
Directions:
1. Beat with electric mixer the cream cheese, cool whip and sugar until well blended. 2. Mash the bananas separately and then add to the cream cheese mixture and combine thoroughly with a spoon. 3. Spoon Mixture into pie crust, top with sliced bananas if desired (or strawberries would be yummy too!) 4. Put it the pie in the fridge and let it set for about 3 hours. |
