No-Alcohol Pina Colada

Tasty and cold, fairly healthy too!
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 cup skim milk
1 teaspoon coconut extract
1 teaspoon rum flavoring
artificial sweetener (optional)
Directions:
1. put the pineapple in the blender.
2. pour milk over pineapple until it is just shy of covered over and add the extracts, adjusting to taste. Add sweetener if desired.
3. Blend until smooth, stirring occasionally if the top isnt blending.
4. Serve immediately.
