A lightly sweet, lightly spicy rib rub. I'd suggest this for dry ribs, not sauced. Ingredients:
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1/4 cup paprika |
1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder |
2 tablespoons salt |
1 1/2 tablespoons cumin |
2 tablespoons chili powder |
1 tablespoon cayenne powder |
1 tablespoon onion powder |
1/2 tablespoon white pepper |
1/2 tablespoon black pepper |
1 tablespoon thyme |
Directions:
1. Just mix all ingredients in a big bowl and mix until everythings evenly incorporated. |
