This is just somehting I tend to make whenever I want something tasty, filling, and easy. The recipe is easy to adjust to feed more people and my friends always dig this late at night.
Ingredients:
3 eggs
4 slices bacon
1 decent sized sausage patty
store bought hash brown, 1 handful of
2 slices monterey jack pepper cheese (or monterey as a non-spicy alternative)
1/8 cup of chopped onion
1/8 cup of chopped green bell pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon jalapeno powder (optional)
Directions:
1. In microwave/seperate pans: Cook the bacon, then crumble it. Do the same with the sausage.
2. Cook Hashbrowns till crisp then add jalapeno and garlic powder, saute onions and bell peppers.
3. Once seperate components are near-complete crack eggs into a bowl, mix and pour bacon, sausage, onions, and bell peppers.
4. Pour into pan with hashbrowns and began mixing everything.
5. Add cheese and continue mixing.
6. Once cheese melts enjoy!
