Goes great with any pasta dishes and salads and is really nice if you put some pizza toppings on it and ovenbake for a few minutes
Ingredients:
4 dl lukewarm water
50 gr. yeast (11,8 gr. dried yeast)
1 ts. honey
1 ts. salt
2 tomatos (or 1/2 a can coursly chopped tomatos)
oregano
basil
rosemary
1/2 dl. olive oil
600 gr. flour
1 large bowl
Directions:
1. Place the water in the bowl and stir the yeast into it until dissolved.
2. Add the honey, salt, tomatos, herbs and olive oil.
3. Add the flour little by little.
4. Knead until firm and smooth.
5. Leave to rise in a warm place for 45 mins.
6. Knead again and leave to rise another 30 mins.
7. Form into loaf shape and place on baking paper.
8. Bake for about 30-40 mins at 200 c.
