This is a yummy dip for corn tortillas or to put on the top of some nachos. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) container cottage cheese |
2 avocados - peeled, pitted, and mashed |
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies, drained |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, avocado, and chiles; season with salt and pepper. |
