A nice twist on a classic salad. Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise, of your choice |
1/4 cup yogurt or 1/4 cup sour cream |
1 can tuna, drained |
3 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 teaspoons anchovy paste (optional) |
salt and pepper |
1/4 cup half-and-half |
fresh dill (to garnish) |
soft leaf lettuce |
steamed green beans |
boiled small new potato |
cherry tomatoes |
sliced olive |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into food processor and mix until smooth. 2. Add more half and half until of smooth consistency. |
