1 bay leaf |
2 lbs fish, cubed |
salt and cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, except fish, salt, cayenne and Bruschetta, in slow cooker; cover and cook on high 4-5 hours, adding fish during the last 15-20 minutes. 2. Discard bay leaf; season to taste with salt and cayenne. Serve with bruschetta. |
