Nick's Cranberry Hors D'oeuvre With a Kick |

Everyone who has tried this recipe loved it and wanted a copy. Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) bag cranberries |
3 jalapeno peppers (remove seeds) |
1/2 cup fresh cilantro (leaves only) |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 tablespoons ginger powder |
1/2 cup sugar |
4 scallions |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese |
crackers or baguette |
Directions:
1. If you have a food processor, add all ingredients into the processor, pulse until the cranberries are minced (not fine). 2. Put in the refrigerator and chill from an hour to overnight. 3. Place on a serving dish atop cream cheese and serve with crackers or baguette. |
