Best and creamiest Mac & Cheese I've ever tasted! A winner at every dinner I've ever taken it! Homemade and healthier than the box stuff! Even your kids will love it! Ingredients:
2 c. elbow noodles |
1 stick butter or margarine (melted) |
8 oz. shredded mozzerella cheese |
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese |
5 c. milk |
salt & pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. *** I recommend using a stone or glass pan for this as it may burn. 2. Spray bottom of 9x13 pan. 3. Spread elbow noodles evenly along bottom of pan. 4. Pour butter over noodles evenly. 5. Spread both cheeses over top. 6. Slowly pour milk evenly over top of cheese. 7. Add salt & pepper to taste. 8. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-75 minutes. Cook until not runny. |
