~Grilled with Chili Lime~ Ingredients:
1/2 cup real down home butter |
1/2 teaspoons lime peel,grated |
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
2 teaspoons ground red chilies |
6 ears corn...with husks |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except corn. 2. Remove the outer husks from each ear,then the silk. 3. Spread each ear with 2 teaspoons butter mixture. 4. Pull husks up and over the ears,tie to secure. 5. Grill corn 3 from coals for about 20 to 30 minutes. 6. Turn frequently,until done. 7. Serve with remaining butter mixture. 8. ~Pretty as you please...Easy as a breeze~ |
