I have had this recipe since my newlywed days, when I could have cared less about fat and calories! Now that I am more health conscious, I am not so quick to make them but I hang on to the recipe for sentimental reasons and because they are oh-so-good-and very easy too! Ingredients:
2 cups self-rising flour |
8 ounces sour cream |
1 cup butter |
Directions:
1. Soften butter and mix ingredients well. 2. Place in mini muffin pans and bake at 400°F for 8-10 minute Yield: 24 mini biscuits. |
