A wonderful coffee treat with a kick. If you live in Newfoundland, you can use Screech instead of rum. Add a dollop of whipped cream if you like. Ingredients:
1 fluid ounce dark rum |
1 fluid ounce coffee flavored liqueur |
8 fluid ounces hot brewed coffee |
1/2 fluid ounce irish cream liqueur |
1 maraschino cherry |
Directions:
1. Measure rum and coffee liqueur into a coffee mug. Pour in hot coffee. Top with Irish cream, and garnish with a cherry. |
