My husband is a seafood lover and he likes it nice and simple. Try this out. Ingredients:
2 kg mussels, with shells |
1 cup white wine |
1 onion |
1 garlic clove |
1 tablespoon oil |
2 tablespoons mixed herbs |
100 ml cream |
Directions:
1. Steam mussels in all ingredients, but cream, under cover until opened. 2. Once opened remove mussels and pour in cream in the mussel stock . 3. Heat and pour over mussels. |
