New Zealand Steamed Mussels

My husband is a seafood lover and he likes it nice and simple. Try this out.
Ingredients:
2 kg mussels, with shells
1 cup white wine
1 onion
1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoons mixed herbs
100 ml cream
Directions:
1. Steam mussels in all ingredients, but cream, under cover until opened.
2. Once opened remove mussels and pour in cream in the mussel stock .
3. Heat and pour over mussels.
