A great Kiwi recipe from New Zealand, made for lamb of course! Ingredients:
1/4 cup chopped mint leaf |
boiling water |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1/2 cup malt vinegar |
salt |
Directions:
1. Put mint into a jug. Cover with boiling water and add sugar and vinegar. Add salt to taste. 2. Makes 1/2 cup. |
