New Zealand Lamb Marinade

From the New Zealand Lamb Cooperative, this is great! Use the cut of meat you desire, marinate, and cook!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup dry red wine
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup finely chopped shallot
1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Place lamb in a dish just large enough to hold meat.
2. Whisk marinade ingredients together and pour over top. Refrigerate for 4 hours, turning once.
3. Drain, and cook as desired.
