Ingredients:
1 3/4 cup(s) graham cracker crumbs |
1/3 cup(s) butter, melted |
3 tablespoon(s) sugar |
4 package(s) 8 oz size cream cheese |
1 cup(s) sugar |
3 tablespoon(s) flour |
1 tablespoon(s) vanilla |
4 eggs |
Directions:
1. Crust: Mix crumbs, sugar, and butter. press into bottom of 9-inch spring form pan. Bake at 325ยบ for 10 minutes. 2. Filling: Mix cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Blend in eggs on low speed just until blended. Pour over crust. 3. Bake: at 325 F for 1 hour and 5 minutes to 1 hour and 10 minutes or until center is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight (overnight is best). |
