This is a rich, creamy cheesecake, that isn't hard to make! Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups brown sugar |
1 cup uncooked rolled oats |
1 tablespoon butter, melted |
24 ounces cream cheese |
1 cup sour cream or 1 cup yogurt |
1 cup granulated sugar |
1 egg |
1 cup flour |
Directions:
1. if you want chocolate cheesecake, add 1/4 cup of cocoa powder and 2 oz of melted chocolate. 2. Heat oven to 375°F. 3. In medium sized bowl, mix brown sugar, oats and butter with your hands or a fork, making sure there are NO lumps. 4. Press mixture into greased spring form pan, on the bottom and half way up the sides. 5. Using another bowl, preferably bigger than the last, mix cream chees, sour cream and sugar, untill smooth. 6. Add egg and whisk with fork. 7. Blend in the flour, making sure to get all the lumps out. 8. Pour mixture into the crust, and cook for about 20-25 minutes, or untill lightly cracked on top. |
