This is a very creamy, rich, and delicious dessert that I've been making for about three years now at holidays. Everyone says it's the best cheescake they have ever had! Ingredients:
one 9 inch springform pan |
1 prepeared cheescake crust |
15 crushed graham crackers |
2 tablespoons of melted butter |
32 ounces of cream cheese |
1 1/2 cups of white sugar |
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract |
1 cup of sour cream |
3/4 cups of milk |
1/4 cups of flour |
4 eggs |
(and for christmas, 7 crushed candy canes) |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Farenhit 2. Grease the Springform Pan 3. Mix the Graham Cracker Crumbs to the Melted Butter in a small bowl 4. Press the Graham Cracker/ Butter Mixture onto the bottom of the pan 5. In a large bowl (or an electric mixer), mix the Cream Cheese and Sugar until it is smooth 6. Pour in the Milk and stir it slowly 7. Add the eggs one at a time, stirring just enough to combine it with the mixture 8. Mix in the Flour, Vanilla Extract, and the Sour Cream until it is smooth 9. Pour the Entire Mixture into the pan 10. Bake for 1 Hour (60 minutes) in the preheated oven 11. When it is done, turn the oven off and let the cheescake cool (with the door closed for about 5 to 6 hours 12. For Christmas, sprinkle the Candy Cane on top of the cheescake for the topping 13. Let the cheescake sit in the fridge until it is time to eat it! |
