Slow-cooker recipe Ingredients:
12 oz cowpeas, frozen |
3/4 pounds polish sausage, sliced thinly |
1 1/2 cups celery, sliced thinly |
1 1/2 cups onion, chopped finely |
15 1/2 oz tomato sauce, small can |
20 oz tomato, large can with juice |
10 oz okra, frozen and sliced |
2 cups water |
Directions:
1. Add sausage, onions, and celery into skillet and cook on meduim heat until onions are opaque. 2. Add remaining ingredients into crock pot. 3. add sausage mixture into crock pot. 4. Cook on low for 10-12 hours. |
