                    Broccoli contains vitamins A and C, as well as riboflavin, calcium, and iron. We chose broccoli slaw instead of broccoli florets to put a new twist on an old Southern favorite. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 (16-ounce) package broccoli slaw  |  
                                                2/3 cup golden raisins  |  
                                                1/2 cup light mayonnaise  |  
                                                3 reduced-fat bacon slices, cooked and crumbled  |  
                                                2 tablespoons chopped onion  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon salt  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Combine all ingredients, tossing well. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.                              |
