Easy recipe that adds some zip to the potatoes and look Ma no butter Ingredients:
2 lbs new potatoes, scrubbed |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped |
2 cloves garlic, pressed |
1 pinch cumin (optional) |
salt & pepper |
Directions:
1. Boil the potatoes until tender, drain off the water. 2. Combine remaining ingredients,whisk together and pour over the potatoes just before serving. |
