New Potatoes With Rosemary Dijon Dressing |

This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Marcus Estate in Greenville, Texas in 1994. Ingredients:
15 ounces tiny new potatoes |
2 tablespoons plain nonfat yogurt |
1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice |
Directions:
1. In medium saucepan cover potatoes with water and bring water to a boil then reduce heat to low. 2. Simmer potatoes 12 minutes or until tender then drain. 3. Combine yogurt, rosemary, mustard and lemon juice then add potatoes and toss to coat. |
