Ingredients:
1 3/4 pounds new potatoes, washed and scrubbed |
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted |
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Pare a 1-inch strip around center of each potato, if desired. Cover potatoes with water; cook, covered, over medium heat 25 minutes or until tender. Drain, and set aside. 2. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well. Pour over potatoes, coating thoroughly. |
