3 lbs small new potatoes |
1/2 cup butter |
1/4 cup olive oil |
3 tbs minced fresh chives |
2 tbs minced fresh parsley |
1 tbs grated lemon rind |
6 tbs lemon juice |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp black pepper |
1/4 tsp ground nut,eg |
Directions:
1. peel a 1-inch strip around the middle of each potato,leaving peel on each end. 2. cook potatos in dutch oven in boiling water with just anought water to cover . cook 20 min.drain water place in large bowl.bring remaning 8 ingredients to boil in a souce pan over medium heat.remove from heat.drizzle over potatoes tossing to coat.makes 8 servings |
