This is a recipe I actually concocted last July when I was asked to bring a large batch of potatoes to a July 4th party. I tinkered with it until I got the tastes just right and it was a hit. Have made a few times since then. Read more . Enjoy Ingredients:
5 pounds small new red skinned potatoes scrubbed |
1 tablespoon kosher salt |
1 tablespoon dried dill weed |
1 head garlic cloves separated and peeled |
1/2 cup butter |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 then combine all ingredients in baking pan and bake 3 hours. |
