Ingredients:
1 pound round red potatoes, quartered |
1 teaspoon olive oil |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives or 1 teaspoon freeze-dried chives |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Arrange potato in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover and steam 17 minutes or until tender. 2. Place potato in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with chives, salt, and pepper. Toss well, and serve immediately. 3. Tip: Double this recipe for the Springtime Celebration menu. |
