Ingredients:
2 pounds round red potatoes, quartered |
2 teaspoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives or 2 teaspoons freeze-dried chives |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Arrange potato in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover and steam 17 minutes or until tender. Place potato in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with chives, salt, and pepper, tossing well. |
