Ingredients:
4 cups small new potatoes, cleaned |
6 ounces extra-old white cheddar cheese, grated |
1 cup sour cream (works with lowfat) |
1 red onion, finely chopped |
1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste) |
1 teaspoon black pepper (or to taste) |
1 teaspoon paprika |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Combine all ingredients and cook in a casserole dish for 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. |
