We wait all year for this seasonal favorite. It is worth the wait! Ingredients:
10 new potatoes |
2 cups shelled new peas |
1 cup light cream |
2 tablespoons butter |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Place potatoes in enough water to cover. 2. Simmer until tender. 3. Add fresh peas and cook covered for 10 more minutes. 4. Drain. 5. Add cream, S&P and cover. 6. Pour potatoes and peas into a hot serving dish. 7. Dot w/ butter and serve. |
