This salad is easy and delicious. It also is a great salsa. Ingredients:
1 cup sugar (i used splenda) |
3/4 cup vinegar |
1/2 cup olive oil |
1 (15 ounce) can white corn, drained |
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained |
1 (15 ounce) can black eyed peas, drained |
1 green pepper, chopped |
1 yellow pepper, chopped |
1 red pepper, chopped |
1 orange pepper, chopped |
1 red onion, chopped |
Directions:
1. Add all the dressing ingredients to a small sauce pan and bring to a boil. Let cool a little and add to the salad. |
