New Orleans Duck Salad

Ingredients:
8 to 10 kiwi
10 duck breasts
4 papayas
salt and pepper
4 to 6 mangoes
2- 3 pinches rosemary
2 cups olive oil
1 cup chopped garlic
Directions:
1. Peel and puree fruit in ixwer.
2. add a little gArlic and seasoning, aleternating with fruit and blending well
3. blend in the olive oil
4. season duck with salt and pepper
5. take puree and brush on breasts, saving 1/2 of mixture
6. Let marinade overnight
7. grill duck skin side down to render fat
8. slice on the angle
9. serve atop fresh lettuce top with extra fruit dressing
