Another one I found in the Ruidoso newspaper while on vacation. I have no idea how much it makes as I have not tried it yet. Ingredients:
2 large fresh tomatoes |
6 green chilies |
1 garlic clove |
1/2 cup onion, chopped |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
salt, to taste |
Directions:
1. Peel tomatoes and roasted chile. Remove stems and seeds from green chiles. 2. Grind in a blender or food processor tomatoes, chiles, garlic and onion. Add vinegar and salt to taste. |
