Ingredients:
6 (1 1/2 pound) lobsters |
1/2 pound drawn butter |
12 red bliss potatoes, boiled until tender |
6 ears sweet corn, shucked, silk removed, and boiled for 4 minutes |
Directions:
1. In a large lobster pot, cook lobsters in boiling salted water about 11 to 12 minutes. Remove and serve immediately with drawn butter, boiled potatoes and corn on the cob. |
