From Woman's Day 10/05/2001 Ingredients:
1 teaspoon old bay seasoning |
1/2 medium head green cabbage, quartered |
2 ears corn, each cut into half |
1 1/2 tablespoons butter |
1 (12 ounce) box frozen pierogies, cooked |
8 ounces kielbasa, sliced thick |
Directions:
1. Bring 1 cup of water and the seasoning to a boil in a dutch oven. 2. Add cabbage, corn, kielbasa, and 1/2 Tbsp of the butter. 3. Cover and cook 10 minutes, turning once or twice, until cabbage and corn are tender. 4. Add pierogies and remaining butter, toss to mix. |
