Ingredients:
1 pound lobster meat, drained |
1/2 cup finely diced celery |
1/2 lemon, juiced |
3/4 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 teaspoon white pepper |
4 hot dog buns, toasted |
Directions:
1. Toss all ingredients, except buns, lightly until mixed. Divide into 4-ounce portions. Place 1/4 mixture into each hot dog bun. |
