From McCormick/Shilling spices. If you don't have onion salt you can use 1/4 tsp onion powder and 1/4 tsp. salt (don't tell McCormick)! Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter, softened |
1 1/4 teaspoons chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon onion salt |
1 lb halibut fillet |
Directions:
1. Combine the butter, chili powder, and onion salt. 2. Spread mixture over both sides of your halibut fillets or steaks. 3. Broil fish in oven until it flakes easily. |
