I just reallly love flank steak its never dry and I love the texture of it...this is just a yummy flavored flank steak! Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs flank steaks |
3/4 cup maple syrup |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
1/4 cup vinegar |
1 clove garlic, minced |
fresh ground pepper |
Directions:
1. combine maple syrup, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, and pepper in a bowl. 2. place flank steak in a plastic bag with marinade. 3. refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. 4. strain marinade into a sauce pan and cook on low heat. 5. meanwhile, heat the grill to medium-high. 6. place steak on grill and cook 5 minutes per side. 7. cut into thin slices against the grain. 8. serve with the heated marinade. |
