16 oz heavy whipping cream |
4 pat (1 sq, 1/3 high) butter |
16 oz roasted red peppers, jarred |
1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook chicken) chicken, roasting, meat only |
16 oz penne |
0.25 cup parmesan, grated cheese |
Directions:
1. Blend peppers in blender 2. Melt butter in pot 3. add peppers 4. add cream 5. add cheese 6. add chicken 7. Heat thoroughly 8. Prepare penne 9. toss and serve |
