Fluffy rice Ingredients:
2 cups rice (any) |
2 cups boiling water |
2 tablespoons oil |
salt |
Directions:
1. Wash the rice three times and let it soak in water for 25-30 minutes before cooking. 2. Boil the water and set aside. 3. Fry the oil in a heavy based pan til very hot. 4. Add the washed rice and salt and fry till lumps start to form . 5. Now add the hot water and bring to boil. 6. after 5 minutes reduce the heat to very low and let the rice cook till the grains are seperated. |
