This is my all time favorite fudge recipe that I make around the Christmas holidays. Not only is it delicious but so easy to make! Ingredients:
6 1/2 ounces of evaporated milk |
2 cups of sugar |
12 marshmallows (cut up) |
1 large bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips |
4 ounces of margarine or butter |
1 cup of chopped nuts (optional) |
Directions:
1. Mix the evaporated milk with the sugar in a saucepan. 2. Bring to a boil. 3. After the mixture has come to a boil, reduce heat to medium and time for 6 minutes. 4. Stir constantly or it will stick. 5. Remove from heat and stir in the cut up marshmallows, the chocolate, butter and nuts. 6. Spread the mixture in a greased 8x8x2 pan. 7. Refrigerate and when firm,cut. |
