1 pound beef liver sliced |
2 medium onions diced |
2 tablespoons chicken fat or oil |
3 hard boiled eggs |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Medium broil liver. 2. Brown onions in hot fat. 3. Grind liver, eggs and fried onions in meat grinder then add seasonings. |
