Never Fail Chicken Wings

Got this out of a magazine...unfortunately, I can't remember which one!
Ingredients:
4 lbs chicken wings
1 tablespoon granulated garlic
1 tablespoon granulated onion
1 tablespoon cayenne powder (or chili powder)
1 tablespoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon paprika
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Toss wings in the dry rub, spread them on a lightly oiled cooking tray and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour, until crispy.
