Got this out of a magazine...unfortunately, I can't remember which one! Ingredients:
4 lbs chicken wings |
1 tablespoon granulated garlic |
1 tablespoon granulated onion |
1 tablespoon cayenne powder (or chili powder) |
1 tablespoon cumin |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Toss wings in the dry rub, spread them on a lightly oiled cooking tray and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour, until crispy. |
