Never been Better Rice Pudding |

This is a recipe I designed after looking at recipe after recipe. You won't believe how yummy, and simple it is! Its made with Splenda, and 2 % milk. Healthier eating shouldn't be this good! Don't forget to top it with whipped cream! Ingredients:
2 cups cooked brown rice |
1/2 cup sugar substitute (splenda) |
2 eggs, slightly beaten |
1 1/2 cups 2% low-fat milk |
1/2 cup coffee-mate cinnamon vanilla liquid creamer |
1/4 teaspoon vanilla |
1/4 cup raisins |
whipped cream, on top if desired (optional) |
Directions:
1. Place rice in bowl, and add all ingredients, and stir to mix. 2. Pour into greased baking dish and bake for about 50 minutes in a 350°F oven. |
