Easy and simple Breakfast. I made this for my 2 year old son and 3 year old daughter and they both cleaned their plates:)
Ingredients:
3 whole eggs minus the shells of course
1 to 2 tbs of your favorite chunky salsa (you can use green sauce if you prefer)
1/2 cup about of shredded cheese
handful tortilla chips broken
Directions:
1. Grease your egg skillet
2. Turn on the stove tko desired heat
3. Add Chips
4. Add Eggs
5. Mix a little bit
6. Add salsa
7. Mix like you are making scrambled eggs
8. When eggs are almost if not all the way cooked add the cheese till finished
9. Serves 2 children
