These are so yummy! Husband and kid approved Sent some to work with my husband to share. Ingredients:
1 1/2 + 3/4 cup all purpose flour |
1 1/2 cup granulated sugar |
1 tsp cream of tartar |
1/2 tsp baking soda |
1/2 cup hershys cocoa special dark powder |
2 eggs |
1 tsp vanilla extract |
2 sticks smart balance 50/50 butter blend softened (or 2 sticks regular butter) |

2 1/2 tbs granulated sugar |
1 1/2 tbs ground cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F 2. In a large mixing bowl add the flour, sugar, cream of tartar, baking soda, and cocoa powder. 3. stir well till well blended 4. add eggs, vanilla, and smart balance butter blend 5. mix until well blended. 6. in a separate bowl mix the sugar and ground cinnamon 7. shape dough into 1 inch balls or cubes 8. roll into cinnamon and sugar mixture 9. place onto ungreased cookie sheet 10. bake 400 F for 8 minutes 11. after you take cookies out of oven, place on cooling rack right away till completly cooled. 12. This recipe makes about 5 dozen 13. ENJOY! |
