Another Nettie Cronish vegetarian delight!
Ingredients:
4 ounces light cream cheese
4 ounces firm tofu, rinsed
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh coriander, coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon chopped chives
2 teaspoons wasabi powder
Directions:
1. In food processor, blend together all ingredients until very smooth.
2. Will keep, refrigerated, for approximately 5 days.
