Very refreshing cocktail created by myself, won second place in a cocktail competition.

Ingredients:

1/2 ounce white rum

1/2 ounce peach liqueur

1/2 ounce blue curacao

pineapple juice

ice

Directions:

1. Place ice in a tall glass.
2. Build alcohol over ice first, then top up with pineapple juice.
3. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and pineapple spike (leaf).
