Sundried Tuna Salad with Croutons. Ingredients:
12-14 oz. albacore white tuna, drained |
6 sundried tomatoes packed in oil, minced |
2 tablespoons chopped parsley |
1/2 cup marzettiĀ® balsamic dressing, divided |
8 ounces cleaned mixed salad greens |
1/2 english cucumber, halved and cut into 1/4-inch slices |
2 ripe tomatoes cut into 6 wedges each |
1 cup texas toast sea salt & pepper croutons |
Directions:
1. In medium mixing bowl, combine tuna, sundried tomatoes, parsley and 2 tablespoons MarzettiĀ® Balsamic Dressing. 2. In a serving bowl, combine salad greens, cucumber and tomatoes and toss with remaining MarzettiĀ® Balsamic Dressing. 3. Spoon tuna mixture over greens and sprinkle with Texas Toast Sea Salt & Pepper Croutons. 4. Serve. |
